Jessica Leon, is a Managing Director at GFP Real Estate. She currently oversees the management of 349 East 149th Street in the Bronx, New York, where she is dedicated to maintaining high standards for both tenants and ownership. Jessica leverages her technical expertise and organizational skills gained from a background in IT at a finance firm and experience alongside management team of 520 8th Avenue, one of GFP’s largest properties, to ensure smooth day-to-day building operations.

Her responsibilities include tenant relations, capital planning and managing ongoing property improvements. With a focus on organization, communication and problem-solving, Jessica excels in tenant service and building management.

Jessica holds a degree in Criminal Justice from Monroe University and is a New York State Notary Public.

Jerome Peay, Superintendent and licensed Fire Safety Manager, has been with GFP Real Estate 30 plus years. His exemplary work ethic is recognized and applauded by the building’s tenancy. Mr. Peay resides in the building and is a respected and seasoned member of 150 Bay Street.
